Job summary

Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, seeks an Operations & Manufacturing Co-op student for Fall 2026 to gain hands-on experience across operations and manufacturing with cross-functional teams.

The six-month program offers mentorship, real project work, and opportunities to apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges. Start and end dates align with university co-op schedules.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management initiatives across operations and manufacturing.
• Contribute to process development and improvement activities.
• Support data analysis to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Provide production support in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in projects that directly contribute to operational excellence at Qualitrol.
