We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join the team at the world-renowned Wilbur Hot Springs!!

We want a passionate, proven hospitality manager to take ownership of daily resort operations, leading our Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Healing Arts (Spa) teams! Tucked away on an 1,850-acre nature preserve off the grid in Northern California, Wilbur is an iconic solar-powered, digital-detox healing sanctuary. Living and working off-grid an hour from the nearest supermarket is an extraordinary adventure that comes with unique, hands-on challenges—so if you are deeply resilient, resourceful, and excited to turn remote living into moments of operational excellence, you will love life here!
