Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store operations, ensuring product availability and a safe, engaging customer experience.

The role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and drives routines across shipment, replenishment, and inventory control. You will lead back-of-house efficiency, maintain asset protection standards, and support floorsets and launches while coaching Selling Associates to elevate performance.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes

Minimum Salary: $26.00

Maximum Salary: $33.60
