Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Scranton is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, shipments, and inventory accuracy. You’ll report to the Store Manager and partner with leadership to ensure readiness and excellence in customer experience.

This role emphasizes coaching, adherence to safety and policies, and strong execution of daily tasks. Night/weekend shifts and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Salary: $16.00

Maximum Salary: $19.20
