Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store operations, ensure readiness, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and will focus on execution, inventory integrity, and safety. Responsibilities include shipments, replenishment, back-of-house standards, and collaborating with partners to drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with a track record of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in real time.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards

• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures

Minimum Salary: $17.25

Maximum Salary: $20.80

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
