Job summary

New York Life is seeking a General Office Operations Manager Trainee in Dallas. The program blends operational training on life insurance, annuities, and agent contracting with leadership development for staff performance, workflow planning, and budgeting.

Upon completion in 1–2 years, you may advance to Operations Manager in a General Office. Travel across the United States may be required to broaden experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional designations and business experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Must complete FINRA 99 and SIE within 1 year.
• Ability to relocate across the United States within 12–24 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured development program to prepare for Operations Manager role.
• Develop leadership and staff management skills including planning, staffing, training and budgeting.
• Lead service teams in the General Office and contribute to agent and policyholder service improvements.
