Avis Budget Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee. The eight-week training covers operations, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading teams.

After training, you transition to a supervisory role overseeing daily operations and sales, with mentorship to advance toward Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company. On-site position with outdoor work occasionally.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree plus two years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment, and make independent decisions.
