Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn the full scope of our fleet operations, oversee daily activities, and drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role across Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Recent graduates with a bachelor's or an associate degree and two years of supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are encouraged

• Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment, and make independent decisions.
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• One year of experience providing high quality customer service preferred

What We're Looking For:

The annual starting salary for this position is $55,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
