Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Hawaii seeks a motivated recent graduate for an Operations Management Trainee program at our airport locations. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to build a foundation in airport operations and leadership.

During eight weeks of training you’ll learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, and customer satisfaction, then transition into a supervisory role overseeing daily operations with opportunities to advance to Operations

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with regular on-site presence.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
