Avis Budget Group is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to participate in an eight-week, hands-on training program at our airport locations. You will rotate through Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to learn how decisions affect fleet, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
After training, you’ll transition into a supervisory role with potential to advance into Operations Manager and future leadership positions. The role requires on-site work and a valid driver’s license.
Pay Rate: $21.63/hr + Company Vehicle (Gas, Insurance, Maintenance Included)

As an Operations Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at our airport locations. During the program, you’ll gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, while learning how to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and a consistently positive customer experience.
During the eight-week training program, you will rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations. You will learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance. After completing training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions. Responsibilities may include leading frontline teams, supporting fleet operations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring service and safety standards are met. You will receive ongoing mentorship and development support, with opportunities to advance into Operations Manager and future leadership roles within our organization.
The annual hourly rate for this position is $21.63/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
