Responsibilities

• Train cleaners on Maid Right cleaning systems.
• Conduct customer walkthroughs to ensure satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with customer service and cleaning teams.
• Support for absences as needed.
• Assist with customer retention to drive revenue.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Participate in customer acquisition and lead generation.
• Assist in office tasks as necessary.
