Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store-level execution with a values-based leadership approach, ensuring a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

You will own: shipments, replenishment, inventory, back-of-house efficiency, asset protection, floorsets, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes


• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency


• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance


• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards


• Support of floorsets and product launches


• Identification and resolution of operational gaps


• Direct reports, including Selling Associates


• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
