Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store operational execution and ensure a consistent, high‑performing environment. You will lead shipments, replenishment and inventory, maintain back‑of‑house efficiency, and uphold safety standards across the store.

You’ll coach and direct Selling Associates, collaborate with partners, and manage gaps to optimize store readiness for launches and daily operations.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
• Support of floorsets and product launches
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
