Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Oak Brook, IL seeks an Operations Manager who drives store execution, inventory integrity, and back-of-house efficiency, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will lead shipments, replenishment, floorsets, asset protection, and support of product launches, while coaching associates and aligning with company values.

Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will identify gaps, implement improvements, and uphold safety and merchandising

Responsibilities

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
• Support of floorsets and product launches
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
