Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to oversee critical warehouse and team activities in West Memphis, AR. You will drive performance, safety, and quality while guiding supervisors and staff to meet customer commitments.

You’ll collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, hire and develop talent, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with OSHA and quality standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and teams to meet commitments.
• Follow GXO quality policies and maintain quality objectives.
• Guide supervisors on personnel, quality and safety matters.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Recommend programs to improve operations.
• Manage equipment and coordinate maintenance with the team.
• Keep records and produce timely reports.
• Enforce OSHA and other safety standards.
