Job summary

Elite Guard and Patrol Services in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run our branch and every department. You will supervise personnel, client managers, QA, training, dispatch, field supervision, HR, and payroll, ensuring processes are followed, coverage is maintained, and issues are resolved before clients notice.

This is a decision-making seat with direct access to ownership, not a middle-management layer, and requires after-hours availability and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or multi-site management in contract security.
• Florida MB Manager License at hire (Class D required).
• Experience leading managers and supervisors, not just line staff.
• Fluency with scheduling/workforce platforms and Chapter 493 compliance.
• Availability for after-hours escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily operation of the branch and every department (personnel, client managers, QA, training, dispatch, field supervision, HR, payroll).
• Ensure processes are actually followed, coverage never slips, and problems are solved before a client sees them.
• Make decisions with direct access to ownership, avoiding layers of middle management.
