Big Sandy Superstore in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead hourly staff, and ensure a superior customer experience from warranty issues to order processing.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-player mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Experience handling clerical tasks and daily office operations.
• Knowledge of software including Microsoft Office and general office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contracts pulled and sent to Accounting daily.
• Balance deposits and reconcile cash and petty cash.
• Oversee hourly employees and scheduling, ensuring lunch breaks.
• Maintain inventories and ensure proper tagging and floor placement of merchandise.
• Resolve customer service complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
