What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day Cash Operations while ensuring compliance with established procedures
- Oversee and direct team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Participate in decision-making processes related to cash management operations
- Monitor team and agent performance, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews
- Handle complex escalations and support new process implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of directly related experience in cash operations or management
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong administrative, project management, and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support organizational goals
