Job Summary

The Manager of Operations, Release of Information, ensures tasks are performed efficiently and professionally. This role involves strategic organization, focus on employee engagement, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The position requires up to 25% travel and close collaboration with leadership to enhance member experience and operational performance.

Essential Job Functions

  • Organizational Leadership: Set vision, lead client meetings, manage a team of specialists, delegate tasks, and standardize processes across regions.
  • Employee Responsibilities: Hire, coach, and manage staff; ensure coverage, adherence to schedules, and maintain SOPs and training.
  • Client Responsibilities: Implement new clients, manage communications, prepare presentations, update process instructions, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, analyze financial performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Strengthen client relations, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with Customer Success for satisfaction.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, communicate effectively, and have good visual and auditory acuity.
  • HIPAA/Compliance: Maintain confidentiality, comply with regulations, report unethical behavior, and maintain HIPAA certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred
  • Team-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and travel as needed.
