Job summary

Emler Swim School is seeking an Operations Manager to lead in a dynamic, water-centered environment. You will split time between teaching, deck management, and coordinating teams to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.

You will oversee scheduling, mentor staff, and drive business growth through proactive leadership. Ideal candidates bring proven management experience, a passion for teaching children, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; 3 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience leading, motivating, and empowering a team with excellent performance records.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by calmly and proactively responding to challenges.
• Perform daily operations from teaching lessons, deck management, engaging customers, and more.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Undergraduate College degree preferred (3 years of relevant work experience may be considered)
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Excellent performance record reporting to a General Manager or Supervisor while leading, motivating, and empowering a skilled and productive team
• A genuine love for teaching children
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve on the spot
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $25.65 /Hr.

Pay and Perks
