Columbus Community Center seeks an Operations Manager to support the CEO and HRO in maintaining quality services, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. The role coordinates quality assurance, audits, certifications, license renewals, and special projects across Columbus programs, while assisting Directors with operational needs.

The position strengthens service quality, safety, accountability, and the experience of people receiving services, working across departments to implement

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human services, business administration, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, human services, or operations management.
• Experience with audits, regulatory requirements, project coordination, and organizational improvement preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate quality assurance and continuous improvement across Columbus programs.
• Prepare for and coordinate audits, inspections, and program reviews.
• Manage certifications, licenses, renewals, and related requirements.
• Identify operational concerns and coordinate corrective actions with directors.
• Support policy reviews, staff training, and organizational systems.
• Review program performance and feedback to identify improvements.
• Coordinate facilities, safety, and technology needs with directors and service providers.
• Lead special projects and organizational changes.
