Job summary

Synagro Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to implement and direct day-to-day process control for dewatering, dredging, and cleaning service projects in Oklahoma City.

The role manages a team of operators and subcontractors on projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000, travels on-site more than half the time, ensures safety, budget control, and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with leadership, sales, and operations to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 2-5 years management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment with proper training.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day process control and operational activities on dewatering, dredging, and cleaning projects.
• Lead one or more large projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000 and supervise operators, leads, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety policies, conduct safety audits, and train staff.
• Coordinate maintenance to maximize uptime and productivity.
• Interface with environmental/regulatory agencies and haulers to ensure compliant material handling.
• Monitor budgets and forecast scheduling; provide status updates to leadership.
