Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Donor Center Supervisor to oversee all center operations in the absence of the Center Manager. You will lead staff, ensure training and quality goals are met, and drive efficiency.

You will coach employees, monitor performance, and participate in budgeting with the Center Manager. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in clinical or business environments are required, with preference for cGMP or plasma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.
