Join to apply for the Operations Manager, Pharmacy role at Amazon.

We’re looking for a smart, customer-obsessed innovator and owner to join the Pharmacy Operations Team.

This candidate will be responsible for managing a team and facilitating the flow of information and daily reporting across multiple stakeholders to resolve potential issues that impact customer experience, business continuity, and the Order Journey.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of the E-commerce Supply Chain (FC Ops + logistics) and should be a proficient communicator. As an individual contributor, they should be able to develop process improvements and drive them end-to-end.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing a shift, identifying opportunities to improve FC team performance, and owning associated change management.
2. Developing and referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
3. Communicating with external customers (Sellers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers).
4. Creating strong reports and escalating problems or variances in data to relevant stakeholders.
5. Pulling data from various databases (using Excel, Access, SQL) and performing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

A day in the life:

• Work closely with Seller partner teams in their FCs.
• Monitor Ops metrics regularly, flag breaches and abnormalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create dashboards, reports, and alarms for smooth FC operations.
• Ensure the team meets stretched goals and establish mechanisms to achieve targets.

Basic Qualifications:
