An established industry player is seeking an Operations Manager for their Construction Health & Safety Division. This role involves overseeing multiple occupational health clinics, managing client relationships, and leading a diverse team. We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our Construction Health & Safety Division in managing numerous occupational health clinics on construction sites in the Central, Mountain West and Pacific regions. This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday, with some evening and weekend hours as needed. Candidates need to reside in the Central, Mountain West or Pacific time zones.
This position provides overall operational and administrative direction for several onsite clinics as assigned. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing local and corporate client relationships. The position involves supervision and leadership within a team environment of all full-time, part-time and contract clinic staff at multiple clinic sites. This position monitors budgets and partners with leadership to control expenses effectively. The Operations Manager is an operations management team member and reports to the Director of Operations. This position supports the protocol-based mission of the clinics and contributes to the overall strategy of the Division and our Clients. Significant ability to travel (up to 75%) is required across the United States. Candidates must live near a major metropolitan airport.
