AmeriCorps St. Louis is seeking an Operations Manager to lead administration, finance, HR, and program operations. You will drive efficiency, oversee payroll, budgeting, and audits, and coordinate with the Executive Director on strategic implementation.

The role requires experience across finance, HR, operations, and grants, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Minimum 3+ years preferred; 37.5-hour workweek, full-time.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of multiple operational functions including finance, HR, operations, and grant management.
• Ability to plan and manage operational processes for efficiency.
• Initiative to act independently with minimal supervision.
• Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fluid environment.
• Must pass criminal history background checks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee accounts payable: review, code, and pay invoices.
• Oversee accounts receivable: deposits and invoicing partners.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Submit cost reimbursement grant requests and expense reports.
• Administer payroll via cloud-based system.
• Support annual budgeting and audits.
