Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Centers to lead safety, teamwork, and productivity, ensuring efficient flow of goods to guests. The role emphasizes problem-solving, accountability, and staff development.

You will manage a night shift (Sat, Sun, Mon 6pm–6am), drive process improvements, coordinate across functions, and uphold Target’s standards while building capable, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the capacity to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine levels.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures and operate DC systems.
