Pay Target: $89,680 to $112,100 yr.
YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics is looking to hire an Operations Manager located in Ontario, CA. The OM is accountable for leading, directing, and managing inbound and/or outbound site operations to ensure consistent high-level service quality and customer satisfaction, profitable, cost-efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and other regulatory guidelines. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Travel Requirements
Travel is required at least 10% of the time in this position. Travel identified is approximately 100% domestic (within the United States).
Working Conditions
Work is generally performed within an office, stockroom and/or warehouse environment with standard office equipment available. Warehouse environment includes daily exposure to high noise environment, regular exposure to moving machinery and/or vehicles, exposure to dust, and working alone or closely with others. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate.
