Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity of Up to 15%
Our client, one of the nation's most respected home care organizations, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager / Market Leader to oversee and grow its Sebring, FL area.

What Makes This Role Unique
Lead an Entire Market
This position carries full operational responsibility for the Sebring business, including revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall operational success.
Full P&L Responsibility
The Operations Manager has complete profit-and-loss responsibility for the business unit, overseeing revenue growth, expense management, staffing performance, and financial results while driving accountability through KPIs and operational scorecards.
Highly Visible Community Leadership
Approximately 80% of your time is spent leading operations in the office, while 20% is spent in the field building relationships with referral partners, clients, caregivers, and community organizations.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this position is identifying, coaching, mentoring, and developing emerging leaders within your team.
