Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail, supervising and developing staff.
• Experience in supervising, evaluating, mentoring and promoting employees across multiple departments.
• 3 years in ops/distribution/retail with workload management and hiring involvement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally or in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan to meet facility goals and safety standards.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance for the area of responsibility.
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, coaching and evaluation.
• Attract and develop talent, promote belonging and ethics, and drive continuous improvement.
