Tri Delta is seeking an Operations Manager, Legal Records & Compliance to create and maintain the infrastructure that keeps the organization legally compliant, contractually protected, and operationally sound. This role serves as the organizational authority on administrative compliance and documentation standards.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, high-accountability professional capable of exercising independent judgment and closely collaborating with legal counsel and senior leadership.The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.Why work for Tri Delta?Mission driven cultureExcellent work environmentPaid vacation & holidaysBenefits including health insurance (medical, dental, & vision), retirement, & life insuranceIndustry leading professional trainingGrowth & promotion opportunitiesDetailsStatus: Full-Time / ExemptSalary: $55,000-60,000Location: Remote eligibleTravel: 4-6 times per yearSupervised by: Director of Operations, Work TransformationSupervises: n/aDriving Status: OccasionalKey responsibilitiesResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Contract ManagementMaintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all agreements are current, accessible, and properly executedTrack key contract milestones, including expiry dates, renewal windows, and performance obligation, proactively alerting stakeholdersCoordinate with legal counsel on contract reviewsBusiness Records ManagementDesign and maintain a comprehensive records management program governing the creation, organization, retention, and disposal of organizational documentsEnsure records practices comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.Maintain the records retention schedule with input from department leadersServe as the point of contact for business records requests, including responses to auditsBusiness Registrations & LicensingOwn all business entity registrations, including state and local filings and registered agent relationshipsTrack and manage all business licenses, permits, and regulatory registrations, ensuring timely renewals and no lapses in good standing.Maintain an organized inventory of all active registrations, licenses, and permits with renewal calendars and ownership assignmentsSupport the Housing team as properties transition into the Tri Delta Housing portfolioOrganizational Administrative OperationsDevelop and maintain policies and SOPsMaintain enterprise-wide operational documents and collaborate across the enterprise to ensure documents are accurate and updatedManage the library of organizational resourcesCollaborate with the Fraternity team to ensure that records become part of the Fraternity’s historical archives when appropriateFulfill professional expectations of all Tri Delta employeesAbide by and lead others in Tri Delta’s project management process and practices.Receive and act on feedback; focus on self-development to become the best version of yourself.Pursue open and consistent communication with Tri Delta employees and volunteers.Conduct all work with a focus on elevating Tri Delta’s brand as a premier women’s organization dedicated to helping women live, learn, and lead – with Purpose, for a lifetime.Be passionate about serving others (e.g., Tri Delta employees, Board members, collegiate and alumnae members) and helping them become the best versions of themselves.Required qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of hands-on experience in operations, contract administration, or a related administrative compliance functionExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systemsPreferred qualifications include:Experience in a membership-based organization, nonprofit, or associationExperience with Salesforce reporting and dashboardsExperience leading change management and training staffFamiliarity with multi-state business registration requirementsExperience supporting legal, compliance, or executive functionsImportant ConsiderationsWe do require successful completion of a background check and drug test.
