Tri Delta's Executive Office in Dallas seeks a Chapter Development Consultant for the 2027-2028 season. This travel-heavy, part-time role involves visiting chapters to share resources, empower officers, and strengthen sisterhood across campuses.

A Bachelor's degree is required along with a valid driver's license and excellent verbal and written communication. The position offers growth into a Senior CDC in year two and opportunities to lead with impact.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to chapters nationwide to support officers.

  • Build relationships with emerging chapters to strengthen sisterhood.
  • Collaborate with officers to ensure positive member experience.
  • Meet deadlines and manage responsibilities throughout the season.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Some consultants travel from chapter to chapter, bringing their skills to existing chapters, while others spend an entire semester establishing an emerging chapter.

Qualifications
  • A recent collegiate member in good standing of Delta Delta Delta
  • Possess a valid Drivers License
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and programs
  • Handle consistent travel, multiple modes of transportation
  • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Leadership experience
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
