• Attendance of required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy/Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
• Drive and implement the business plan to meet facility goals and improve operations.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze reports to identify improvements in production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor area compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards and maintain procedures.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment and collaboration.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluations.
