CINC Industries in Carson City, NV is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to direct and coordinate machine shop activities, oversee supervision of staff, and ensure effective design, development and production of our centrifuge products.

You will work with management, customers, and regulatory authorities to assess feasibility and cost, maintain professional decorum, participate in training, and use SolidWorks, Infor Visual, MS Word, Excel, Unipoint and company programs to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing and supervision experience required.
• Ability to use SolidWorks, Infor Visual, MS Word, Excel, Unipoint and CINC programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate machine shop activities for design, manufacture, review, verification and validation of products.
• Directly supervise employees in the machine shop.
• Interface with customers, regulatory authorities, the shop floor to ensure effective design and development of products.
• Confer with management to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
• Display leadership and lead or participate in a team.
