Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager with Top Secret/SCI clearance to lead teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness for IC clients in the Defense and Security Segment. You will manage client and team relationships, ensure contract performance, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and 7+ years in program management and financial disciplines, plus PMP certification.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
• 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• 7+ years in a financial management discipline.
• Active PMP or equivalent PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse's Defense and Security Segment focusing on IC clients.
• Oversee on-ground delivery of program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness for clients.
• Ensure outcomes-based performance and accountable contract delivery by your teams.
• Coordinate with colleagues to positively impact business operations and growth.
• Develop and mentor junior staff.
