Shimmick Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager based in the Seattle / Pacific Northwest region to lead the oversight of large-scale projects with high contract value, coordinating across multiple systems and teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic capture, client engagement, risk management, and mentorship of project staff, with a focus on CMAR/CMGC delivery methods and integration of cost controls, scheduling, and field management in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills for client needs.
• Experience facilitating meetings and working groups with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CMAR/CMGC, Design-Build, and alternative delivery models.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, SharePoint, and CMiC (Cost Management).

Responsibilities

• Operational management of large-scale projects, including coordination across multiple systems.
• Coordinate input from SMEs, joint venture partners, estimators, and executives.
• Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Sponsor Project PMs and mentor staff on contract administration, cost controls, scheduling, and field management.
