Responsibilities

• Establish business plans, develop marketplace opportunities, and oversee internal processes.
• Own safety within the national Inspections footprint and ensure policy adherence.
• Lead field service and office staff, and foster productive, open communication.
• Oversee hiring, retention, and headcount planning for inspections.
• Support customer contracts, renewals, and relationship management.
