Responsibilities include coordinating store, fuel, and foodservice operations, ensuring safety and cleanliness, analyzing profit and loss statements, and mentoring staff. Strong leadership and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales of $2+ million+ (approx).
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations across store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through safety checks and maintenance.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze P&L, and implement change to capture opportunities.
