Job summary

TopBuild Support Services Inc. is seeking candidates for a management training position. You will receive comprehensive training across various departments, including production and sales operations, tailored to the insulation sector.

This role requires operations management experience preferably in building materials or construction-related industries. Candidates must be willing to travel for training and relocate as necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicle.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, lifting under 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience for promotion to management.
• Comprehensive training in several departments including Production and Sales Operations.
• Willing to travel and relocate for a permanent assignment.
