Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Trainee for our Operational Strength Program (OSP) in the United States. This 12-month, full-time program combines hands-on operations training, customer service, logistics, and team leadership with mentorship from senior leaders.

You'll rotate across functions, gain exposure nationwide, and may be relocated to various locations. Compensation starts at $55,000 per year plus a company vehicle, and the program leads to a management role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a 2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide.
• Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Experience as a team member or leader (sports, clubs, military, etc.).
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Operational Strength Program rotations across operations, customer service, logistics and teams.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and apply new skills daily.
• Relocate to a new location following program training; pursue advancement to management roles.
