Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Manager II based in Pittsburgh, PA, within the Specialty Fiduciary Services Group. The role oversees the Trust Special Assets Team, including manual pricing workflow, non-marketable asset setup, and valuation support for the Closely Held Business team.

The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end processes, coach staff, and drive risk management while aligning with enterprise objectives. Prior experience in non-marketable assets is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience in operations or production environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operations strategy across functions and sites.
• Lead and mentor managers, supervisors and individual contributors.
• Ensure end-to-end process oversight and risk management.
• Provide consultation to partners and drive SOP improvements.
• Oversee control framework and risk mitigation initiatives.
