Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Trust Real Estate Department Lead to oversee complex real estate assets within the Asset Management Group. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, you will drive risk-based decisions while managing fiduciary duties and processes.

You will lead a team, review and optimize procedures, and coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution of real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Experience leading real estate and fiduciary activities.
Strong ability to review processes and manage risk.
Knowledge of fiduciary practices including trust real estate.

Responsibilities

Oversee workflow and assist team with executing transactions and processes.
Monitor operations workflow and address escalations; provide guidance.
Coach team members and participate in training and meetings.
Provide consultation to internal/external customers and improve processes.
Review transactions for accuracy and conformance with procedures.
