Summary:

Manages the operations of a district or product/service line. Provides reporting and administrative support to the Manager and team members. Identifies potential opportunities in product development. Assists customers with their needs and requirements. Develops best practices for products and services. Monitors and evaluates competitor activities. Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships. Assists in budget preparation and forecasting.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Develops, directs, and manages operations forecast, budgeting, and planning processes.
2. Oversees P&L for monthly and quarterly managerial reporting, project financial estimates, forecasts, operational financial performance, and goals.
3. Directs project managers to ensure successful attainment of project metrics.
4. Leverages supply chain performance.
5. Leads process improvement initiatives for long-term operational excellence.
6. Contributes to organizational planning and strategy development.
7. Collaborates with corporate legal counsel on relevant matters.
8. Includes employee management and development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality training, planning, and budget management.
9. Interacts with customers and sales team to develop and enhance customer relationships.
10. Handles special projects as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge

1. Thorough understanding of product lines/services in an operational area.
2. Understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
3. Knowledge of company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing.
4. Knowledge of safe work practices.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the field and operations.
