This role involves leading inventory accuracy processes, managing a team of Area Managers and warehouse associates, and ensuring operational success during client launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a direct-to-consumer environment, and advanced Excel knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct to consumer environment.
• Experience leading teams of 60 or more non-exempt employees.
• Experience working in a 200k sq ft facility or larger.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations for the fulfillment center.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and support quality assurance activities.
• Lead and develop a team to deliver on daily goals.
