Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking a Full Time Operations Supervisor for the Bear, DE warehouse to oversee inventory and production-support activities. You will supervise and train staff, ensure scheduling adherence, and drive efficiency improvements in daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in senior operations roles, strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish skills. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior operations or related leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of operational processes to increase productivity and reduce cost.

• Create and operate within budget; oversee outbound transportation.
• Ensure safety, training and guidelines are followed; lead programs.
• Review programs and supply system management; manage various duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervision and training of all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules and to enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

Essential Job Functions

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated senior level operations or related leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills including strong presentation skills at all levels of the organization
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to develop effective and efficient processes for operational challenges
• Must be a team builder, teacher, coach & motivator
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Working Conditions

This job operates in a warehouse environment and could be exposed to various temperature changes. This role typically requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
