The Role

The Operations Manager is a managerial position supporting operations in one or more locations. This role supervises at least two full-time employees or equivalent and ensures all elements of the operation—including team performance, customer service, finances, maintenance, and safety—meet Premier standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of hourly employees, including scheduling, verifying attendance, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Hire, develop, and train team members.
• Create and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting for assigned locations.
• Control expenses within approved budgets.
• Maintain maintenance records and meet maintenance goals.
• Promote safety through audits and coaching.
• Work with clients to define performance metrics and ensure documentation is complete.
• Ensure customer service standards are met, including greeting customers and handling inquiries.
• Implement company initiatives and perform operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Prior experience in business or management preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to detect safety issues and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
