Job summary

WonderWorks Branson is hiring Admissions Attendants to welcome guests and guide them into the upside-down attraction, serving as the first point of contact.

You will provide friendly customer service, handle POS transactions, upsell combo tickets and add-ons, answer phones, and help maintain a clean, organized entry area.

Candidates must be 16+, able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, work flexible shifts, and pass a background check. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
• Answer guest questions and provide assistance with exceptional service.
• Process transactions through the POS system with proper cash handling in a high-volume setting.
• Upsell guests on combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows when applicable.
• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized entry area and perform other duties as assigned.

WonderWorks Branson is looking for Admissions Attendants to join our team! Admissions Attendants are the first to interact with our guests as they welcome them into the adventure of the upside‑down building. Admissions Attendants are an intrinsic part of positive ticket sale interactions including sharing valuable information with guests, setting the tone for the WONDERful experiences they have in store for them inside the attraction!

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction
• Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service
• Accurately process transactions through a point‑of‑sale system including proper cash handling in a high‑volume environment
• Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable
• Answer phones and courteously redirect calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change
• Ability to stand or walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions required
• Previous themed entertainment and sales experience is preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
