WonderWorks Branson is seeking Admissions Attendants to greet guests at the entrance, share information, and guide visitors through the Upside-Down attraction with friendly, high‑energy service.

You will process sales, answer questions, and help create memorable experiences for guests. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, handling payments, and upselling additional options. Availability includes nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction
• Answer guest questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately process transactions through a point-of-sale system including cash handling in a high-volume environment
• Upsell guests on additional services such as combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows when applicable
• Answer phones and redirect calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

is looking for Admissions Attendants to join our team! Our Admissions Attendants are the first to interact with our guests as they welcome them into the adventure of the upside‑down building. Admissions Attendants are an intrinsic part of positive ticket sale interactions including sharing valuable information with guests, setting the tone for the WONDERful experiences they have in store for them inside the attraction!

Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction
• Answer guest questions and offer assistance in a friendly manner that provides exceptional customer service
• Accurately process transactions through a point‑of‑sale system including proper cash handling in a high‑volume environment
• Upsell guests on additional services offered at the point of sale including combo tickets, souvenir books, and ticketed shows if applicable
• Answer phones and courteously redirect calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change

• Ability to stand or walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions required

• Previous themed entertainment and sales experienceis preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
