Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Manager for the Detroit, MI area. The role focuses on customer and employee retention, operational efficiency, and leadership of the service center team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of management experience or related field.
• Understanding of Profit and Loss concepts.
• Driver’s license valid for at least 3 years with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers and employees; manage service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities with recruitment lead; communicate progress.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and supervisors.
