About The Role
You will ensure the company operates smoothly across four pillars:

1. Fundraising Operations — manage investor pipeline, data-room control, scheduling, and weekly deal reviews to ensure timely funding rounds.
2. People & HR — administer Gusto, coordinate onboarding/off-boarding, benefits, and compliance calendars.
3. Marketing & Sales Events — plan conferences, webinars, and customer summits; manage budgets, vendors, and post-event metrics.
4. Cross-Functional Projects — lead initiatives like Hubspot workflows, office build-outs, or product launch playbooks.

Example Projects

• Build an investor CRM dashboard to track KPIs and SLAs.
• Create a ticketing workflow for customer onboarding using Hubspot.
• Organize logistics for a 100-attendee customer summit in San Francisco.
• Develop a quarterly OKR tracking template for teams.

You Are

• 4-6 years experience in BizOps, operations, or chief-of-staff roles at fast-growing startups.
• Proven ownership of fundraising, HR, or event timelines with zero drops.
• Fluent in HubSpot, G-Suite, Notion, Excel/Sheets; familiar with Zapier or Apps Script.
• Excellent written communication skills for agendas, memos, and follow-ups.
• Bonus: interest in cloud infrastructure, AI, or developer platforms.

• Base salary in the U.S.: $120k–$160k, depending on experience
